WEST SIDE PROJECT LAUNCH, AKA: "WEST SIDE PROUD"
A few years ago, we worked with a community-driven team of change-makers to develop the strategy for branding the West Side Project Launch initiative. The mission of the 5-year grant was to connect local children (0-8 years of age) and their families with wellness-related resources and programs to better prepare the kids for a successful academic future.
While our neighborhood has its fair share of social challenges, there’s no shortage of pride among its residents for it's community and people. Our approach was to build on residents’ community pride by developing the campaign theme: “West Side Proud.”
